Hyatt House Orlando / International Drive

I had a great stay at this hotel. The place is very nice, with friendly service and a central location, which made everything very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated that the hotel offers laundry facilities, an ice machine, and multiple elevators, which made the stay even easier. The room also includes a kitchen with cooking utensils, a mini fridge, and in the bathroom there were large-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which is a big plus. Breakfast was good and well organized, and overall the hotel felt comfortable, practical, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had a great experience staying at the Hyatt House. Check-in was smooth and the front desk team was extremely welcoming. The room was larger than expected and very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of outlets, and a nice workspace.||||I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast with hot and cold options, and the common areas were well-kept and relaxing. Parking was easy and the location made it convenient to get around. Overall, a great value and I’d happily return.

I normally do not do reviews, but this hotel exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. My family and I drove 16 hours and needed an early check in and Tiana who worked the front desk did her best to get our room ready considering it was Christmas week. She also went out her way to get my son a ball to play with at the pool. Two days later my son locked his stuff in the safe and forgot the code. Luckily, Jose comes to work early on a Christmas Eve day to save the day. He was fast and efficient. We were able to get to our destination on time. Additionally, the housekeepers attended to all of our needs. Let’s not forget the complimentary breakfast, the food was fresh and hot. They kept the food coming in and left everything super clean. We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Orlando International Drive! Traveling with our dog was easy and comfortable, as the hotel is pet-friendly and welcoming. Our suite was spacious and perfect for a family or group. It included a living room and two bedrooms—one with two queen beds and the other with a king bed. Each bedroom had its own TV and bathroom, which made the stay extra convenient. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare meals when we wanted. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the view was beautiful. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt House Orlando on International Drive. The elevators were not working, which makes this hotel a terrible option for anyone with mobility issues or disabilities. There was no proper accommodation or clear communication about this. The front desk staff seemed completely lost and unprepared. They appeared unsure about basic procedures and gave the impression that they were overwhelmed or poorly trained. The hotel was extremely loud throughout the stay. Kids were running, stomping on the floors, and screaming late into the night. Despite complaints, nothing was done to control the noise.
