When i rent hotel rooms i always check if breakfast is included. In the website, it states that this hotel offers grab and go breakfast. That’s fine. However, the grab and go was only a Costco heathy bar, coffee and something else. ( Was expecting bear claws, donuts, coffee/tea options, FRUIT) The coffee was not good. Tastes like yesterday coffee. Very disappointing. And i became allergic to the bedding. Linens should be washed in hypoallergenic detergents for guests that have allergies. The staff is super nice. And accommodating. Unfortunately i can not recommend this hotel.

1) multiple things in the room were not functional - the room microwave was not working at all, even the phone line to reception was not working. I went to reception and share the concern and hotel manager was not apologetic about the problem. And my complaint was not resolved till checkout. 2) during the booking, I recollect breakfast was part of description on the chase travel website but when I checked in, to my surprise there was “light” breakfast which was nut bar, and juice, and very very mild coffee. 3) The room and bed/sheets were clean 4) Overall it is okay to stay overnight for individuals but not for family

I honestly regret staying here. The room was horrible—filthy, smelled strongly of stale cigarettes, and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The bed was rock hard, and they only provided two tiny half-sized pillows—barely enough for one person, let alone two.||The bathroom was even worse. The tub was dirty with a worn-out floor, and the walls were grimy. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. There were no tissues in the holder, and the small coffee pot looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The fridge? Absolutely disgusting—old white food spills and dirt packed into the door seals.||To top it off, the front desk experience was disappointing. No one was there when I arrived—I had to wait, and when the attendant finally showed up, she was unfriend

Positive: It was disgusting! First room was horrible writing on the mirror and toilet leaking. I asked front desk for a different room and it stunk like urine. I was over it! The only reason I gave them 1 star is because the rooms were clean. The street noise was horrible. Absolutely no weather stripping on door. Each morning it looked like the door had a halo, so much light coming through. The room had linoleum and the bathroom had tile, with no transition. It had about 1/2" maybe 5/8" trip hazard. 3 stars for location because it was close to where we needed to be. Service was a bit iffy. The girl that attended us the first night seemed like she was mad at us for bothering her.
