Salinas Elks Lodge #614

Used to come regularly when a family member was a member of the lodge. But today went for the trunk or treat and my little one said they enjoyed it. There wasn't many cars but it's ok. The fact that they enjoyed it is all that matters. They ran out of pumpkins as we got inside to paint one and little one didn't want a face painting.

I’m not comfortable writing this review because the Elks organization is such a wonderful membership club. Every Elks club we’ve stayed out has been clean and feels safe. That is not the case at this club. Rv camping area is rundown. They allow campers to leave junk outside their RVs. At $45 per night, it is not a good place to stay.

The staff in the lodge are super friendly and very accommodating. The bar is wonderful and they make a turkey jalapeño sandwich that should be famous.

Visited for dancing and a great ambiance. Separate bar area, dining room and dance floor make for great venue for events. Offers comfort foods at good prices when attending public event. Parking lot has decent lighting, but can be crowded if RV area is full and RVs are in car parking area. Easy to locate and access to freeway is convenient.

My favorite spot! Beautiful building with views of the golf course. Daily lunch and great bar until 8PM. Easy to join and well managed. 2 event halls for group events.
