Chateau Coralini

Chateau Coralini was wonderful and our savior in need. On Dec 26, we got stranded in Carmel when our booked hotel was unable to accommodate us due to a power outage. With everyone going to Monterey, I looked land inwards and could not have found a better place. We booked over the phone and headed there immediately. It seemed too good to be true in our situation but upon arrival, we saw that Chateau Coralini was beautiful and comfortable. We had a really good night. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in this neighbourhood. We visited Pinnacles NP the next day.

Château Coralini is a stunning property—peaceful, elegant, and full of character. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the overall setting feels secluded and relaxing.||We stayed in the Penthouse suite, which was spacious and tastefully appointed. However, there were a few issues that took away from the overall experience. The staircase to the suite was steep and narrow—borderline dangerous—and could be a serious challenge for anyone with mobility concerns or large luggage.||We also had trouble getting consistent hot water for showers, which was frustrating and unexpected. Additionally, while the property is marketed as a boutique hotel, the check-in and check-out process was entirely remote—no staff interaction at all—leaving the experience feeling more like a self-serve rental.||F

Positive: Nice room. Beautiful grounds. Clean facility. Negative: Creepy. No staff. Just cameras and warnings of someone watching. Assumes the worst in their clientele.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Chateau when we went out to visit my sister, who lives in the Las Palmas Ranch subdivision. We were originally going to stay with my sister, but a new dog in the house prompted her to think it would be a better idea if we stayed somewhere else, and she booked us at the Chateau. So it was a surprise for us...a very nice one. The house was within easy walking distance to my sisters house. The Chateau is a beautiful, historic house and has the feel of a Bed and Breakfast when you walk in. Although more of a hotel setting, it does have some nice amenities.
