Older location and well maintained. Rooms are neat and very clean. Quiet and perfect location for shopping and very close proximity to the interstate. However, the best thing is they are priced very reasonable. They offer complimentary breakfast but I usually sleep through the timeframe. This our go-to while traveling.

Positive: I didn’t like anything from the customer service sucks. I didn’t even get to check inside the hotel. Negative: That they lied about the deposit and once I got there, they told me that online shows that they take $100 deposit which was not true. They even kept my money that I paid for the room and told me that I couldn’t get a refund which was insane as well

The lady at the front desk asked did we want a non smoking room or smoking room. She said for the non smoking room we had to pay $10 dollars. We declined. We went to the room and it was discussing and outdated. We went back to the front desk and gave her the $10 dollars. I’m going to look at my receipt from my credit card to see if we booked a nonsmoking room or not!! The room we did get was decent but still outdated. It had baby roaches, you had to turn the water off because the showers head didn’t have anywhere to hold it. The safe looked like it was from the old west. We only had two rolls of toilet paper for the entire week we were there. The towels looked beige. They had plenty parking.

I will start by saying I have stayed in my fair share of hotels, but this one has by far been the worst! The A/C was on upon checking in but only half of it was working and not to mention the humming noise was so loud and every 5 minutes or so the blower motor/fan would be so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. There was duct tape on the floors to cover up the holes in the carpet. The sheets were stained, but clean. We found a broken meth pipe stuck inside the bathroom light, so naturally we asked for another room. The lady from the front desk came to the room and got our current key and was extremely rude and when we would try and talk to her and explain everything she would just yell ok, ok you have a new room gave us the key. Upon entering the second room it was at least 85-90 degree

We arrived at 220 pm. Checked in. I got double charged. We didn't go to our room as we had a cargo trailer to unpack first. We reserved a king room. Got told im getting a 2 queen room "at no extra charge " I'm Diamond level. I dont get charged for upgrades. Which this room wasnt an upgrade. Arrived back to the hotel 3 hours later. Still not been inside the room yet. Went to the front desk first to ask about why I'm not Checked in through the Wyndham app yet. The owners were folding their personal laundry - easily 4 loads - including under garments in the lobby. While waiting, another guest was asking about the wifi. The owner said "we're having issues. It doesn't work." So I guess the sign out front that says high speed internet is a lie. Had a conversation with LJ to which she said it
