Howard Johnson by Wyndham Commerce GA

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and the staff here at the Howard Johnson in Commerce really stand out. I want to give a huge thank you to Ann at the front desk—she is a total gem, so helpful, and just a joy to chat with every time I see her. Renee at the front desk is also wonderful and made sure everything went smoothly. ​As for the hotel, it’s a solid choice. I think some people have the wrong expectations for this level of hotel—they want a 5-star experience at budget prices. But when you know what to look for, this place is great. The rooms are actually bigger than most I've stayed in, the dual sinks (one inside and one outside the bathroom) are super convenient, and the Roku TVs are an awesome touch. Positive: The room had plenty of space. Negative: The amenities on the website were not available. There was not a continental breakfast. The pool was closed. The room tv was small. The toilet and shower were both broken/leaking. The walls were cracked and dirty. The sheets gave us rug burn. No housekeep

Great experience and great service, definitely return. ||Had a repair issue with our room staff quickly repaired it and placed us a new one. The pool was clean super cold and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for the great service for me and my family.

Front desk staff were and always have been very welcoming. Room was beyond clean. Parking was right in front of room door. Ice and drink machines very close and area well kept. This place has been kept up/remodeled and it shows. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I traveled to Columbus Georgia for my son's army graduation and after not seeing him for almost 3 months by the time I got there all we did was hang out with the rest of the family. I got the the hotel after 9pm and after a long day I just wanted to rest and go to sleep, few minutes after laying down I felt something bitting the back of my neck I search for whatever it was and it turns out it was a huge bed bug ( note it was my first experience with this things) I didn't thought much of it and I tried to get some sleep. I should've had gone to the front desk and change room cause I didn't sleep much and in the morning I noticed bumps all over my body. On Monday I called the manager and also I notify the health department only upon arrival of the health department is that the so called man
