Howard Johnson by Wyndham Atlantic City

Checked into my room and there was dust hanging from the ceilings and all over the vents. Had hair in my tub. Had stains all over my ceiling. Checked in and checked right out. Didn’t get a refund nor did they try to accommodate me to a different room. Not worth the trip.

Positive: Location! Loved that it was connected to a diner. Guests rooms seem to be soundproof because you can’t hear anything outside of your room. I absolutely loved that the windows were able to open a bit offering fresh air!!! Negative: Bathroom needs some updating and new mattresses. They were comfy beds but the stains under the sheet were horrendous

While I requested a nonsmoking room, the room reeked of smoke as did the hallways of the 3rd floor which was supposed to be nonsmoking. When I complained about it after I left, I was told that the room smelled fine. I shared a photo of an ashtray that was in the room and was told by the manager that I could have taken that photo off the internet. So much for the customer is always right! The area the motel is in seemed very seedy. We hoped our car would be safe and luckily it was. Poor management and smoky rooms. Stay somewhere else if you can!

Bed was comfy! Rooms were practically sound proof! The windows cracked open so that was a plus!! Very close to the boardwalk! The free parking was also a plus! The lobby is connected to a mini diner next door that sells delicious breakfast!||||Needs a bit remodeling as far as the bathrooms go but besides that you couldn’t beat it for the price!

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Rooms smell horrible and barely seemed clean. Everything had stains and the bathroom was so gross i didn’t even wanna use it. The walls are like paper and can hear everything going on in other rooms and the hallway. We ended up driving home to PA at 3am instead of staying the rest of the night cause it was so bad.
