Hotel Ridgecrest an Extended Stay Studios

Really great stay. If I could put 10 stars for the service, I would do it. We were really well welcomed, and given recommendations for our future visits. The room was nice, and overall good price/quality. I 100% recommand

I was on a road trip and booked Extended Stay America for just one night, thinking it would be a simple, budget-friendly stopover. Boy, was I wrong—this place turned out to be a total disaster that forced me to scramble for alternatives in the middle of the night. The room was filthy from top to bottom: sheets and pillowcases riddled with black and yellow stains that looked like they hadn’t seen a proper wash in months, and the bath towels were just as bad, covered in the same gross spots. The entire place screamed poor maintenance, with scuffed walls, outdated fixtures, and worst of all, visible mold creeping along the bathroom edges and windowsills—a real health risk, especially after a long day on the road. I’m not demanding five-star luxury on a budget, but basic cleanliness and a mold

My stay here for 9 days was great, very kind staff and my room was nice and quiet. If I needed anything staff was very attentive and helped right away. Thank you so much I will stay here again in the future.

The hotel is advertised everywhere as being open 24 hours, we got there at 1AM (with a reservation) and nobody was there, no doorbell to ring and they would not answer our calls and messages. While this was going on there was a shady looking guy staring at us in the parking lot, after about an hour of trying we gave up and went to the best western nextdoor, if you’re gonna stay in Ridgecrest I would advise you to go there, it’s more expensive but the quality more than makes up for it.

First and foremost I booked and paid for a suite with a full kitchen 2 queen beds, 1 bedroom apartment, checked in, and was very pleasant and polite staff. Got to the room and found it not to have a kitchen at all. Dropped of suitcases swung by the front desk and to resolve the mix up and once again the man working the desk was extremely polite explains that it was a mix up on the online booking and that there was but only 1 room with a kitchen, and that it wasn’t available. So he refunded me a a couple of dollars. I then proceeded to get dinner with some friends and family that are local and then head back to the hotel.. this is when things went south ….. walked into the room and there was a very pungent aroma of raw sewage…. I proceeded to the bathroom where the bathtub was filthy… re
