Hotel Pigeon Forge inn & Suites

This hotel is super worth the rate we paid! I’ve stayed in hotels that weren’t as nice and cost $99+ per night. The room is large and spacious. The bathroom is clean. The bed is very plush and comfortable. Sheets are clean. Front desk clerk was extremely nice (and pretty 🙂). TV, fridge and microwave in the room and a huge dresser with lots of drawers. All plugs work.

The room had a charming antique feel with a romantic touch — dim lighting, solid concrete walls that kept everything quiet, and a peaceful atmosphere. It came with every amenity you could want: a large office desk with two chairs, a spacious dresser with eight drawers, two nightstands with storage, a new TV, strong and consistent Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, microwave, blow dryer, and a nice large sink. The bathroom was spotless, and the king-sized bed was beautifully made, comfortable, and had large firm pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. Positive: Nothing Negative: Hair in bathroom floor. Poor conditions of the walls. Messy chalk around the sink. Breakfast was in description on line. Not offered at hotel. Below quality beds. With lights on still very dark in the room.

Rooms weren't clean floor dirty bugs in the windows hair in bath tub mold on the walls hallway looks like never been swept never got room cleaned! Had to ask for towels girl at the front desk very rude! When booked in April had good reviews had breakfast! Girl didn't even tell us their was no breakfast didn't give WiFi information! Worst place I've ever stayed at and would not ever recommend this place and worst experience I've ever had!! Horrible way to start your vacation!

Just wanted to share our experience because of all the other reviews here - The room itself was clean, and no bugs. I checked everywhere! The front desk attendants were very nice, and the location is perfect! That being said… it’s a “bare bones” type of room. You can tell they’ve done some repairs to some of the walls but it’s not evened out and I thought there was blood on the ceiling but it turned out to be paint haha I wouldn’t stay here again, but mainly because my personal taste is a little nicer. But if I was in a pinch and needed somewhere safe and clean to stay, this would be an option for sure.
