Hotel Norcross GA West

Girlfriend and I needed a place to stay for the night and this was pretty conveniently located for an okay price. We weren't expecting anything amazing so from our perspective it did everything we needed. The only notable flaw was the roach that we killed, but if you don't care about things like that, it's a simple and straightforward motel experience. We would recommend for a quick stay.

I booked a room for my son (2 nights) on Friday 2/17/23. When he showed up, the front desk would not honor the reservation and did not give him a room. I also had and email confirmation for the reservation. Not only did he not have a place to stay am I out the total cost of this reservation. This hotel chain effectively stole $120 from me. People, NEVER give any thought to staying here or reserving a room. They will steal your hard earned money!

The room was about what you would expect for the price. The towels were a little dirty and the door did not have a peephole, but just a hole with something stuffed in it, blocking it. Overall, I have no complaints about the stay except that the elevator was down at the time of my visit.

I stayed at this hotel for about a month. On my last visit, I was harassed about not paying my room around 7pm that day, if i had not payed, I would have been notified at 11am earlier that day. I had payed earlier, the night before. The front desk did not keep an accurate account of my payment and I was cussed out, yelled at and harassed by a employee named Mike at the front desk. I asked to speak to his boss and was told to get out of the hotel. They found out it was their mistake, but I had already gotten treated very rudely. This is not hospitality or customer service. They accused me of yelling and told me they "don't want people like me" at their hotel, whatever that is supposed to mean. Stay away from this place!! I booked this hotel for 3 days. There were roaches everywhere and the non-smoking room that I got was full of smoke and smelled like someone was smoking in there 5 mins ago. The staff is really rude. They took my luggage out of my room without notifying me and locked my room. When I came back at night there was no one at the front desk for 4 -5 hours. I had to call the cops to get my luggage back and when I checked my bag, some of my jewelry and my husband’s watch was missing. On top of this their employee threatened us of getting us arrested for sitting in the lobby after 7pm. I left the place same night and they still charged me for all 3 nights saying that they cannot refund my money because I checked out early.
