Hampton Inn Peachtree Corners Norcross

I booked a room last week through the Hilton Honors app. It was just a reservation & I was able to use my Friends & Family Discount. The room was super cheap, the location was perfect & the hotel seemed to be more modern & updated. I had to travel 3 hours by bus to get to Atlanta after work, so I didn't get in town until after 10PM. I'm on the way to the hotel when I get an email stating that my reservation has been cancelled. I then see that the hotel tried to take half of the reservation price out of my account. Since when do you have to pay half on a reservation when it's not the end of the business day?? Never heard of it. I read ALL of the fine print with my booking reservation & didn't see any part where it was stated that half of the booking price was due BEFORE check-in. I called t

Positive: Breakfast was generous and offered good selections. Negative: Lighting in the rooms was minimal.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a general manager. He was very rude and could not speak good English at all. I will never return to this property ever again. I don't wish bad on anyone, but he will get what is coming to him.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Unsafe and Unkept I regret to say this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were dirty and unkept, with no housekeeping services provided. The staff were rude, lazy, and completely unbearable. Although there are plenty of nearby activities and fast food restaurants, the hotel itself has major safety and maintenance issues. The elevator was broken upon arrival, and a fire door was left open, creating serious safety concerns. The area is not walkable, and homelessness in the vicinity means guests are frequently approached for money in the parking lot. The pool area is extremely cold, uninsulated, dirty, and in desperate need of repair. Despite addressing multiple concerns with both the front desk and the manager, nothing was resolved. Ove

The absolute worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at. So many cons due to extremely poor customer service, I’d have a full page of complaints if I detailed what all occurred during my 1 night stay and the staff truly left me with a distasteful and bitter experience. I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews because they were not lying. I advise you to go elsewhere if you expect an unproblematic stay.
