Comfort Inn & Suites Peachtree Corners - Norcross

Wow!!?!!!?? What can I say...I've never had a more welcoming experience inquiring about the specifics of a hotel from the concierge. Janie did a wonderful job explaining the room details and pricing (she knew everything), she had a smile and has excellent customer relation skills, walked me to a Jacuzzi room so I could peak inside (I've never had anyone offer that, and offered me some orange slice water. There wasn't anything she could of done better. I will definitely stay here at this Comfort Inn location in Peachtree Corners. Thanks Janie!

Property is lovely and it shows that management takes pride in it. All of the trees are wrapped with lights, there is a nice patio with TV in the back, a turf area for dogs on the back side, a nice little seating area with TV in the lobby, an aquarium, lemon water, just a lot of little 'extras'. Hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. I had a pet and had booked a standard room but our room was upgraded without asking. Would be nice to have more fruit options and bagel/cream cheese in breakfast area. Hair dryer didn't work and shampoo was out which was no big deal for me and was reported at checkout. The location was good and area seemed safe. Only complaint was the mattress. I normally choose Comfort Inn because the mattress is comfortable and I wake up with no pain in my back. I don't kn

The room was booked through the company I work for. It was ok but needs to be updated. The couch sank in the middle and the bed was a spring not a memory foam. It was large and had separate rooms. I don't go out to eat because I didn't know the area. I had Domino's delivered. The elevator had missing tile on the floor. Also the breakfast was skimpy.

Lobby has a nice ambience. We were politely greeted by a professional-looking woman at the front desk. Our suite was clean and well-maintained with a recently updated bathroom. The special feature about this hotel is that there’s forced-air heating in the rooms (not the usual a/c-heating box at the window). Good breakfast selections, including hot entrees.

If you want ro be treated like family and FEEL WELCOMED COME HERE! It’s sooooo peaceful & the breakfast is BANGING!! The supervisor of the location comfort inn Peachtree Corners norcross is VERY KIND! The whole darn staff got manners and are welcoming! If you ever have a problem with them it was you not them! These folks mind their business and they do great business!!
