Hotel NoMa, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I’ve visited Hotel NormA several times for conferences through my job, and I’ve always had a great experience. The hotel is very clean every time I come, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful, which makes the overall environment pleasant. Parking is also a big plus. Even during a snowstorm, they made sure the parking area was properly cleared and safe for guests, which I really appreciated. I’ve never actually stayed overnight at the hotel, but based on my experiences attending events there, it seems like a well-maintained and nice hotel overall. I would definitely recommend it for conferences or professional events.

Positive: The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly Negative: Hotel smelt like marijuana in the elevator at night and during the day. The walls were thin and I could hear people talking, tv playing at 3 am. I could also hear doors opening and closing at all hours of the night.

We wanted to like the place but we would not stay here again. The hotel description mentioned the views and I guess if looking at a parking lot your idea of a view then you will be happy. The room was clean and comfortable, but we got the impression that they chose to add some inexpensive cosmetic design elements rather than doing upgrade renovations. The bathroom was old school with minor upgrades. As many other reviewers said, this is a party hotel and i would definitely not recommend it if you are coming with children and it can be extremely difficult to find a parking spot at night. There is a Starbucks right across the street. We tried going into town a few minutes walk/drive but did not feel safe. Staff was friendly. Not the worst experience but not something to look forward to.

The room was fine but they still havent returned the money they kept on hold since check in and I just noticed it on my credit card statement. There was no incidences so they conveniently decided they will keep my money and hope I wouldn't notice it. And there isnt a way to e-mail them directly about it. Not only is it inconvenient on me but also raises concern about their business ethics.

The service was amazing. Staff was great. Perfect location. Everything was clean . No complaints. I stayed the night of the SuperBowl, and I've stayed here before. It made the experience/ night that much better. 10/10 would recommend.
