Hotel Motel Lauderdale Inn

Obvious the owner is waiting to tear down the place and add to the classy hotel neighbours. Noisy wall ac that I couldn't adjust so I unplugged it. Clean enough but old and tired looking. I was disappointed I didn't spend $50 more and get a nice place. Location was good.

Positive: The staff and others, was absolutely wonderful. Whatever tiny flaw this place may of had was unnoticeable due to her excellent service. Negative: I?m older so next time I will avoid spring break. That was on me and not them.

Staff is super rude. They messaged me online saying that I can request a late check out for 20$ & I went down stairs and asked the lady for a late check out, she said NO that they had guests checking in. I couldn’t check into my airbnb until 4pm. So I sat in the there lounge area to kill some time. And I watched my room the whole time nobody once came in or even went to my room. She lied for no reason.

Rarely any staff on site. Pool was dirty. Poorly lit stairs. AC only worked noisily on high. Spend a little more for a better place. This place is ready to be torn down.

The only saving grace,was the bed was clean and comfortable.. that’s where it ends. The code given for the room didn’t work AND the handyman there tried it it did work so we used another code to get in.. The bathroom was dirty and blood was left on the underside of the toilet seat.. Told housekeeping and she said it was a stain, nope I wiped it off… Eeewww.. the front desk is less than professional answers the phone with not knowing who you called… just one day until my reservation at a real hotel starts… clean your rooms!!!
