Hotel Mesa Albuquerque Midtown

This Hotel was amazing really nice rooms. Dope ppl who work there the security guard was awesome and the lady at the front desk was very helpful overall great place will be back.

My car decided to stop working down the road from here in the middle of the night. Luckily when I called around 8pm, the shuttle was able to give me a ride. Great decent rooms, the bed was amazing, desk staff was very friendly. Delicious breakfast buffet!

Didn’t have a reservation, but the blonde woman (didn’t get her name) at the front desk was extremely helpful despite coming in before check-in time. Room was very clean. Nice, large TVs. The king bed was comfortable and I’m not sure where they get their pillows but they were heavenly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Great selection. Overall a good experience and a gem to have accidentally come across when in need

Terrible. Wish I could give zero stars. Stayed here while stranded at the airport because they offered a free shuttle. Asked for a ride at 11 a.m. After 45 minutes of waiting, was told the "shuttle could not make it." I had previously been assured the hotel would provide an Uber if this happened. When it came to this, "the manager was not in, so they could not use the hotel credit card." Guessing they do this just to avoid buying Ubers for guests. If you don't want to have to complete this service, don't offer it. Room was also in shambles with air that did not work. Got lucky that it was a mild temperature out. Avoid at all costs.
