We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Maren and couldn’t have asked for a better setting for a couple’s getaway. The location is unbeatable—waking up to the sound of the waves and stunning ocean views made the experience feel truly special and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, perfect for unwinding after a day by the beach.||What really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but a special mention goes to Anika at the front desk. She was incredibly nice, warm, and helpful, and made us feel genuinely cared for from check-in to check-out. If I could rate it 4.5 stars, I would. Check in was easy- the young lady checking us in was quick, efficient, and incredibly informative. The amazing Sean (he needs a bonus- he's awesome) brought up our luggage and gave us a quick rundown of the area. The hotel is in a great location, across from the beach with chair service. We had a premium oceanfront room and it was amazing. The hotel is also very walkable to many great restaurants. I do strongly feel, however, the hotel is in need of a deep clean. Our room was surface level clean but the carpet had many noticeable stains and the walls had splashes and spots in several different places- again, just in need of a deep clean. There were also a few minor issues in the room: our body wash dispenser was empty (of course, not noticed u

From the moment we arrived we were treated with respect and kindness. The staff was amazing, Sean and Shakira were friendly and fun and made us feel welcome. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The staff at the pool went above and beyond to make sure we were able to relax and enjoy every minute. From the valet to the servers/bartenders in the Riviera they did not miss a detail. Top shelf treatment from start to finish, we'll definitely be back!

Positive: I love the room, it was clean and the view of ocean was amazing, all of the staff with the exception of one Rivera bartender was great, the bartender at the pool area was excellent. She did a great job. Negative: The complimentary bikes are old, dusty and 2 of them didn't work, the guy bartender at the Rivera restaurant was rude and had an attitude, the pool area needed to be cleaned better and towel cabinets need to be replaced. Fridge in the room was noisy

My husband is in a wheelchair. We had an accessible room on the sixth floor. The room was very spacious, and we had no issues with the chair. The balcony overlooked the beach. The full wall windows overlooked the pool on the fifth floor. But what made our trip most memorable was the staff. In particular, Sean. He was always willing help in any way he could. Way above and beyond. Sean gets 5+++ stars from us.
