Hotel Landy Orlando Universal Blvd., a Tribute Portfolio™ Hotel

My second stay and it was lovely. Ladies at check in were amazing. Cesar at the bar was personable. The food is really good. My favorite part is the room. The peacefulness is needed and granted. Shower head wasn't too good however everything else was tip top. Look forward to treating myself there again.

I recently stayed at the hotel and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. The heating and cooling system was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable. Because of this issue, I had to change rooms multiple times during my stay, which was very inconvenient and disrupted our trip. Additionally, the swimming pool water was cold the entire time, which was disappointing as we were really looking forward to using it. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the swimming pool, as my 7-year-old daughter loves swimming. Sadly, the pool water was cold throughout our stay, and she was not able to enjoy it at all. I travel almost 3 out of the 4 weeks every month. With central Florida being my main territory. I know people say location is so important when picking a place to stay and that’s true, but for me the staff and the way you’re treated is as if not more important. The staff at The Landy is second to none. Tiffeney and Renae at the front desk always welcomes everyone with a huge smile and are always extremely professional! The food market staff lead by Cierra are also super friendly and are always ready to help, again with great smiles! Last but definitely not least, the bar in the Landy is always full of energy and their two bartenders Ester and Ceaser are great!! They mix nice drinks and are always great conversationalists!!

My stay at Hotel Landy, Orlando Universal Blvd was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautifully designed, vibrant, and super clean. The atmosphere truly lives up to “Vibrant Moments. Vivid Memories.” A special thank you to Adrian Pacheco for providing outstanding service. From check-in to check-out, Adrian was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring.
