Hotel Indigo Tallahassee - Collegetown by IHG

Excellent hotel in the middle of Collegetown area of Tallahassee, which is near the Capitol area in downtown. Checking in was made easy because of Raegen who was so friendly and helpful. Very walkable area and close to lots of restaurants and FSU. Rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable and the bathroom was well stocked with nice lotions and shampoos. Having a full restaurant downstairs was great. Enjoyed a terrific breakfast that was reasonable. My husband I truly enjoyed this hotel!

I want to warn future guests about a terrifying experience at this hotel. The lock on Room 404 was fully functional the night before. The next morning, as I was starting my day, I discovered the lock and door frame had been forcibly pried open. The metal was bent, the door could not lock, and it was clear someone had attempted to break in while the room was occupied.||This was not a theft—it occurred in the middle of the night, which made it extremely frightening. I was genuinely shaken and deeply unsettled by the thought that someone could have tried to harm me. ||Two housekeepers confirmed the door had not been previously damaged. The explanation from management—that some doors occasionally have locking issues—was absurd and inconsistent with the visible signs of forced entry.||The Assis

The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have any problems. The breakfast was delicious and fairly priced. We eloped and Charles was very kind and congratulated us on our wedding day. The parking was convenient and the location was close to everything. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Really cute hotel! New build with fun decor. Pet friendly!!!! They even had a little water dish and dog bones at the entrance. Lots of great places to eat in the area. Location is nice, too; you’re right by the two big schools. Railroad Square Art District is close by as well. Look both ways when you cross the street, the traffic can be pretty spicy if you’re trying to cross.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had arranged for the room to be decorated beforehand for my significant other’s birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate it. They even let the decorator into the room before we checked in, ensuring everything was perfect. To top it off, there was a thoughtful birthday voucher waiting for us downstairs, which was a lovely surprise. They also offered us a late check-out at 2 PM, making our stay even more relaxing. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!
