Hotel Heritage House

Had a mix up on a booking and Heritage House went above and beyond to correct that for me. The room was very clean and well stocked. I stayed 4 nights. Yes you can hear traffic, occasionally the sirens, but location rules.

We drove from Southern California. Call desk and told clerk we were still coming. Check in was 3pm. -9pm. After a few update courtesy calls to give them an ETA, Clerk was very rude and upset said she had to go home and stated that she works hard too! It was only 8:15 pm. And that she was there all day and had nobody to wait for us. So then said she was leaving. And not waiting. It was so upsetting and cold and dark. Our first time to Prescott. Luckily we found a cute clean place called Sierra Inn. Clerk was so sweet and a great price!! Never again To the heritage house😡😡😡

Room was clean and comfortable. Service was friendly when you arrive. Location was near the downtown old western night life; very popular with the locals. They are strict about check-in time. Some street noise from the cars leaving the seen on the weekends, so get a room furthest away from the main drag. Needed a splash more complementary coffee and sugar for the morning blah.

We were pleasantly surprised at what a GREAT place this was!!! Room was clean and spacious. Owner checked us in and changed us to a ground floor room so we didn’t have to climb stairs. Very quiet, clean and plenty of ice available. We were surprised to have housekeeping The next day, came back to a nice clean room. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Grace was extremely rude from the moment I walked inside. I had asked if they by chance offered a rollaway or had a room with 2 beds as my 12 year old son came with us last minute. I knew i booked a king, but wanted to ask in the event they did. I had no expectations. She was very rude to me advising me they don't and I should have booked 2 beds, she then exclaimed she is cancelling reservation and doesn't want us to stay there. I did not understand how we got to that point , I attempted to understand and have a conversation with her, but she said she would give my room to someone else and not charge me. She cancelled my room and we had to go elsewhere, very bizarre. Our grandparents were already checked in and after they checked out they got a call from the husband advising they are not w
