Holiday Inn Express Prescott, an IHG Hotel

With our extensive travels, my family and I have been staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites properties all over the US over the past few years. We all agreed that this property (well located near Trader Joes and Costco in Prescott) is the best one we've ever stayed at. Very nice and clean property, nice amenities (we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were very clean), and everything is nicely updated. The room was fully stocked with towels and everything else we needed, and was in great condition. Service was great and friendly, which not only speaks to the quality of the employees, but to the management as well. Thank you, we will definitely stay here again.

Had an absolutely lovely stay here, 11/26 - 11/29. Our room (2 queen beds), the lobby, patio, and indoor pool area were very clean and welcoming. There were fresh cookies in the evening and they have a 24hr touch screen coffee and tea station in the lobby. It also had a small area for purchasing snacks, cup of noodles, drinks, ice cream and Tylenol etc., very well stocked for being so small. We stayed here for the affordable prices and great location to restaurants. Nice drive to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Every member of staff from the cleaning ladies to the lobby manager were friendly. Also, the room was quiet we didnt get any loud guests next door or above us. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed at over 30 Holiday inn/express all over the country being an IHG member. I have been to some Holiday inn pools where the water was dirty or had so much bubbles. I also have stayed at some Holiday inn with horrible shower water pressure or terrible noise, or bad thermostat or noisy heater/AC unit. Well this Holiday Inn Express is the BEST one. Great location, friendly staff, really nice breakfast bar, clean and almost new room, and INDOOR swimming pool and jacuzzi! Towels were neatly folded on every table in the pool area and water was super clean. The pool water was heated warm and my kid loved it. Wifi was great. Everything was just perfect here. Will definitely return next time I am in the area, the management team is doing a wonderful job here for sure.

My wife and I spent a week in Arizona staying at three different hotels in different towns. The other two hotels were more expensive and were not half as good as the Holiday Inn express in Prescott. The room was large, clean and beautiful. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough to please and they included. Breakfast was fantastic. The previous hotel we stayed at in page Was more expensive and charged $25 per person for a breakfast that was not nearly as good as what we had at the Holiday Inn express. I can’t say enough good about this hotel and we have stayed at many hotels.
