We had a wonderful stay and want to especially recognize Cassidi for the exceptional service she provided at breakfast. She was kind, friendly, and incredibly efficient, keeping everything organized and well-stocked even during busy times. What stood out most was her patience, she handled numerous customer requests with a calm, positive attitude and made every guest feel welcomed and taken care of. She truly set the tone for a great start to our day. Beyond the excellent service, the hotel itself was fantastic. The location was perfect and made everything easily accessible. Came here to see some snow, as it was forecast and we live down south. We got lucky as it started snowing right when we got to hotel. Enjoyed the snow. Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Could hear guests above us, we were on 2nd floor. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV. Decent breakfast, hard boiled eggs tasted odd. Walkable to whiskey row and sprouts right next door. Lots of restaurants nearby. Will be back.

Positive: The room was nice, and the breakfast was good. The staff was excellent! Negative: I was on the 2nd floor and the floor above me felt like there was baby elephants above. Had to bring out the trusty earplugs.

We stayed 1/19-1/20. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The real 5-Star are the staff. We checked in with Lori who was absolutely amazing… kind, funny, helpful, and was awesome with our kids. Breakfast the next morning was great and the breakfast staffer Cassadi was absolutely phenomenal. She kept busy, checked in with us, was amazing with our kids and was just a delight to be around. Thank you SpringHill for an amazing night/morning in Prescott ❤️

I am so happy I stayed at this hotel! The last time I was in Prescott I stayed at a different one and was up all night from the thin walls and surrounding noise. This hotel was so quiet and comfy. Check-in was easy with the app. The room itself was spacious with a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was functional. Love that there is a microwave in the room! You can easily walk to the Sprouts next door and there are some restaurants walking distance as well. I will absolutely be staying here any time I am in Prescott!
