We stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend, and our overall experience was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff provided excellent, professional service and made us feel truly welcomed. When we entered the room, it was beautifully set up with rose petals, a bottle of wine, and chocolate-covered strawberries — such a thoughtful and romantic touch that made the weekend feel extra special. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a two-night stay. The bartenders and restaurant hostesses at Level 8, LaRoc ,and Shula’s were just as impressive! They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout our visit. Everything about the stay felt intentional and well put together. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Richard at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he was genuinely warm and welcoming. He made the entire check-in process smooth and easy, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had everything I needed before heading up to my room. You can tell he actually cares about the guest experience and isn’t just going through the motions. It really made a difference after a long day of travel. I also want to mention Kristin at the coffee and breakfast shop. She was amazing every morning — super friendly, attentive, and always smiling. She made grabbing coffee and breakfast something I actually looked forward to. It’s those small interactions that really elevate a stay. If I went to Tallahassee again, I would definitely consider coming back. We do have points with Marriot Bonvoy, and are members, and so we got free breakfast for the whole family, and half off for valet parking. The hotel provided two cards to use at the roof top bar, that could get you something for up to 16 dollars for free. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and nice, and at both restaurants the service was great. The only downside was that I came with my family of four, and in our room there were two beds, that were both incredibly small. The room was very clean; everyday our beds were nicely made, and the bathroom room was cleaned. Overall this was a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tallahassee.

Positive: This hotel was beautiful! It was very clean and comfortable warm and inviting! I loved every minute of my stay. Negative: My only complaint is that I wish they had free parking and maybe a pool.

My family and I really enjoyed our weekend stay. The location is perfect, rooms were very comfortable and clean. The speakeasy bar was fun, and drinks and bartender were great, as was the included breakfast. What was exceptional was the staff. Every person we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and courteous and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
