Hotel Bel-Air Orlando near Florida Mall

This is the WORST "hotel" I've ever stayed in my life!! Every room smells like mildew. Very old and outdated. No light in the bedroom that I was in. Nasty marks all over the walls. Bathroom door know on the inside was broken and I almost got stuck in there. The first room they tried to put me in looked like a murder scene. The house keeper had the nerve to make the bed and leave blood stained looking sheets under the blankets and the mattress protector. When I pulled the mattress protector back it looked even worse. The owners attitudeatched the way the property looked. Roaches everywhere. Any woman that allows a man to bring her to a place like this and sleep with her ..consider yourself cheap.

The black guy with the dreads saved the night, arrow motel was a freak show so glad we didn't stay there but here it's better and again the staff was amazing in everything way, wish we knew his name because he is the guy for his help and services he is the reason I would come back he is God sent so if you see this thank you again and God is going to bless you big time for this but yea he made our morning better. It's a good place to stay for your layover flight so I'd recommend for a short stay

My room was basically a toilet and none of the pictures that the hotel provided showed that. There were sketchy people around. Room smelled like cigarettes and mold. However, the security guy that helped me check in was nice.

The place was okay for me and my brother's end. We came back from a 6 hour delayed flight, and the motel we originally booked to stay at couldn't check us in because of how late it was. And on top of that, all other booked days were scraped because of it. So I called around and found this place. The customer service was great. They were being chill and real with me on a lot of stuff. They even made the check-in for only 1 day instead of 2. Saving me some money. I didnt experience any bug issues. Only complaints i would have is the location of the motel and the minimal pillows and towels in there. But honestly, I didn't care. I was here for a concert and just need a place to rest up for a moment, before getting back out in the morning to have fun. The place over all was okay.

Don’t believe any of the photos, this place is really bad. Cockroaches and everything. Staff was really nice, thank you for that. Cannot believe @Delta airlines puts their stranded passengers here. Shame on them!
