Absolutely gorgeous hotel. A 5 star atmosphere for a completely reasonable price. Multiple bars, including a rooftop bar and a speakeasy. Our room/suite had 2 large TVs, a spacious bathroom and a large shower. Awesome location near many cute shops and restaurants. We're locals who just wanted a weekend staycation and we will return for sure.
We stayed two nights at the hotel and it was a very beautiful hotel and the staff was excellent. We tried the restaurant the first night on the recommendation of the person that checked us in. We were not impressed with the restaurant and the service. My wife and I are both in our 60s and when we ordered we were both asked for IDs. My wife did not have hers and the waitress said it was a requirement, so I went up to our room to get the id and then after a delay we got our drinks. While we were sitting there we saw multiple people being seated and ordering drinks without being asked for ID. When we ordered a second drink it took over 15 minutes to get a drink and my wife ordered a martini with sugar on the rim, the same as the first drink. The first drink had sugar around the entire
The lobby is beautiful and stylish, probably the best in town. Char restaurant provides good food. I like the grilled Ceaser wedge a lot. The bed is comfortable. I had good sleep.
My company hosted a training with complements of catering services for our event on 2/10/26 - 2/12/26 in the Barcelona room. We had an excellent experience with the catering services provided for breakfast, staff lunch, and afternoon snacks. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and enjoyed by everyone, making each part of the day feel well-supported and thoughtfully planned. A special thank you to Shauna for her flexibility and willingness to accommodate last-minute adjustments to our snack order. Her responsiveness and positive attitude made a big difference and ensured everything ran smoothly despite changes. We’d also like to recognize Ely, Sherlyn, Ray, Matilde, and Paula for their outstanding attention and swift service throughout the day. They were consistently attentive with refreshin
Room was beautiful. The original elevators are so beautifully restored. Smart TVs are great. The real gem here was Lydiana at the bar! What an asset to this place, her service was so genuinely pleasant and engaging. She really cared about making the experience a delight.
