This hotel and staff is atrocious rooms are poorly kept the staff is nonchalant and there is no general manager you speak too the town of stratford health department needs to visit this hotel the needs to shut down or overhaul but something needs to be done

The rooms have no hot water in the winter. Manager is never present and doesn’t care what front desk does. Front desk makes up excuses and just tells people things just to shut them up it definitely is not up to specks someone needs to buy this property and rebuild it and get rid of all the people working here.

It's not bad. So far I been there two times. There was no bugs in da rooms I stayed in. I had 3 different rooms because my heat wasn't working in the room. I told the guy nd told me to wait until 11 clock out nd I was giving another room np. Bring own sheets nd cover because they have holes in their sheets nd covers

My impression of the room as well as the hotel was that everything felt unsafe to touch. Nearly Everything was broken or outdated or stained. All the walls needed cleaning and/or repair, or painting. The pillows were deflated. The tub had layers of paint on it. The carpet seemed old, worn, and in need of deep cleaning. The towels all had stains. The positives were that all tabletops and counters looked very clean, the tub looked clean, the sink as well. The water pressure was amazing. Except when someone flushed a toilet from different rooms.

Disgusting, bed bugs, cigarette burns on blankets, enter your room went your not there, turn off your A.C. don't give you fresh toilet paper, out psflll
