Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Louis - Galleria

We stayed at Homewood Suites STL- Galleria for a few weeks while on business in November. It's a great location and I felt safe going to and from the property. The rooms are comfortable and the Gym, pool and jacuzzi are great! The complimentary breakfast and evening reception are enjoyable as well as the space where these amenities are served.||All of the staff are great! They are helpful, accommodating and courteous. We were so grateful for Shay at the front Desk for helping to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Ali with maintenance was also great! Staying there for a few weeks we had a couple of issues that were addressed and resolved right away.|I wish I could remember everyone's name to give each individual a Big Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, especially from Domenica, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and hope to come back again soon. Thank you, Domenica, for making my visit so special!

I arrived at your property early on 24th December 2025. Barbara greeted me at the front desk and allowed me to check in early. By the way, I would provide Barbara with a score of 10 out 10. Barbara represented the Hilton's Brand, "Hilton For the Stay"! I proceeded to the room and placed my belongings and proceeded about my day. However, when I returned back to the room (later that evening) that's when something alarmed me. Someone accessed my room without my permission. I had water missing out of the refrigerator, my Hilton Honors bag was removed from the table, and I had an empty gift box removed from the bedroom. I proceeded to the front desk to report this issue. Well, I spoke with a Nakia (I think I have her name correctly). I explained to her that I had items removed from my

Robert assisted in arranging the tables in the conference room. He was patient with us, particularly when we altered the table design twice. He adjusted the tables and chairs until everyone was satisfied and provided suggestions on how to enhance guest comfort based on the design. I loved his attitude!||Shay supported my friend by answering questions about the conference room, which was beneficial since it was my friend's first experience reserving this type of space.||Barbara at the front desk consistently makes me feel welcome by using my name. She checked in with us during the event to see if we needed anything. She is very customer service oriented.

If you are looking for a welcoming, warm, and friendly place to stay, the Homewood Suites offers this. I am specifically acknowledging Barbara for her exceptional customer service; she always has a smile on her face. Trust me, when you travel as much as I do, it matters that you are greeted warmly.
