Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Brentwood

Hotel is super clean! Karen at the front desk is a sweetheart… but Paige and Aarica went above and beyond to help me. It was past 10:00pm when I got to the hotel for check in and there was an issue with delta miles/Expedia and they had been trying to resolve it even before I arrived. I called Expedia (who is the middle broker for delta and they told me they wanted to refund me my miles and to pay for the hotel myself then hung up on me while on hold) Paige then called back and did everything she could to make sure I had a room and finally got everything resolved. They were so nice and caring during the whole process! I stayed here the week before and everything was also perfect! Will definitely be my go to hotel when traveling to St. Louis!

We booked this hotel because it was part of a block for a convention we were attending. I didn't even look into the hotel, neighborhood, anything. We didn't get into 5 a.m. and the staff were helpful in not cancelling our reservation. The place is very cute and everybody was nice. The room was nice but we weren't in it very much. I will say they had the best showers ever. I've never seen showers like this and it was definitely designed by a woman. We will stay again next year. I thought the neighborhood was cute and quiet. Lots of parking, felt safe. We had a room towards the freeway but wasn't bothered by the sound at all.||See you next year!

Amanda, who handles the check in process made my stay so much better. Her hospitality and willing to help me with a bereavement price since I flew in town for a funeral. She was able to help me get settled quickly to get ready for the service. Employees like Amanda are the reason I am loyal to the Marriott brand! Thank you for being kind, compassionate, and helpful!

Staff was friendly at check in and check out. No wait to check in was nice compared to some larger hotels. Liked the lobby and options for food or drink. Gym looked above average, no pool or hot tub. Police in parking lot day of departure made us uneasy. Shares parking lot with a few places to eat. Room was clean minus a few hairs in the bathroom. The glasses/stemless wine cups in room were an elegant touch. Everything was as it should be, liked the area compared to where we were traveling for an event. Bathtub was nice after a long day!
