Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando-International Drive/Convention Center

Truly enjoyed our stay, location is wonderful, you can walk to many different restaurants and enjoy the Orlando Eye. Even though the hotel is older it was very clean. Our room smelled fresh as soon as we walked in and we were happy to have plenty of towels and all other amenities the room included. The breakfast had a very nice selection of hot and cold items. The staff was constantly replenishing buffet items. Adrian and the ladies at the breakfast area were very sweet and helpful. Front desk manager Rosetta was very professional and sweet. Check in and check out ran sweet. We definitely will make this hotel one of our tops choices when we return. We thank you all for contributing to our successful and enjoyable weekend.

Had a truly wonderful stay here while celebrating my best friends birthday. We had a slight emergency on our drive up to the hotel and Rosetta was kind enough to help us with a last minute early check in. We also got a great room with a view of the Ferris wheel. Truly grateful to her and the kind staff at this hotel. The location is great too! It’s right in the middle of everything, there’s so much to do all within walking distance. We will be back 😊

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights starting September 11, 2025 — my second visit this year — traveling with another couple before our cruise. Unfortunately, this stay was a complete disappointment compared to my previous experience.||Both of our rooms had issues. In my room, the ceiling vent in the bathroom actually fell upon arrival, scattering dirt everywhere. It took maintenance two full days to fix the problem after several phones, and when they finally did, the bathroom was still left in a dirty state. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. Sofa was pretty stained. Hairs appeared on every fresh towel in bathroom. ||Only one elevator in the entire building was working, which caused long waits and frustration for all guests. Positive: Location and breakfast. Negative: We stayed in # 509. It was disgusting. The couch and chair had HUGE stains on them that looked like male bodily fluids. Carpet had red stains. The shower looked dingy. And for some reason the toilet kept flushing by itself all night. It was hard to sleep.

We stayed at this hotel in Orlando for a few days and were very satisfied. Check-in was quick and smooth, with no issues at all. The service was excellent, and everything was clean and well maintained. Special thanks to the front desk staff — they were very polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Housekeeping did a great job: the room was perfectly clean, and everything we needed was provided. We will definitely stay here again.
