Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport

This is one of the Best Hilton hotel we have stayed at. The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was really good (never said that before). The room was super clean and spacious. Definitely worth all 5 stars. Shuttle staff was really nice also. We would stay here again 100%!!!!! Great to have a basketball court and a pool for the G-son.

This hotel was super clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the airport shuttle - which was an Uber the hotel paid for and sent for us! We felt very taken care of! The lobby was comfortable which turned out to be important since we had an unexpected travel glitch and had to kill over an hour there as we figured out our next move. Juan was really friendly, took and stored our luggage for us, and didn't mind our extended forced "lobby lounging" situation. The location is close to the airport, and with their free shuttle back and forth makes it really handy. I wish I could give 4.5 stars just based on no stores nearby and the strange hot breakfast items. There wasn't a store we could safely walk to, although there were a couple of casual restaurants. The good: Very nice room. Clean. Large lobby. Good snack shop. Perfect proximity to airport. The bad: Basketball court 20ft from rooms started playing 7am. Breakfast ends earlier than most (9am). No bar. Nothing else in the vicinity (restaurants etc) open past 10pm.

It was clean, good area and only 5 minutes from the airport. Computers were not working so people had a hard time checking in resulting in a long delay in getting the front desk. My TV would not turn on, I was told to mess with the channel button. Tried calling front desk, no answer. I like the TV on all night...no TV.

Mixed thoughts with this property, the room was clean, quiet, comfortable, rates were reasonable. Breakfast was good, the breakfast attendant was very cool. Check in was great, the young gentleman checking in was professional and friendly. A female team member in the afternoon, WOW - she seemed upset that paying guest approached her desk. Parking is a major issue, if guests are expected to park next door at Long Horn, then please let them know that - she scolded me and another guest asking if we can park at Hampton Inn since the Homewood lot was full - she said some not very professional things about the neighboring Hilton property, and they will tow immediately. I think the frustration was having to pay to park at Homewood, then park at Longhorn - an absolute scam. She was comforta
