Rooms are updated and have cotton sheets! Bathrooms are standard for this brand and well kept. Desk staff has been wonderful. Housekeeping is a bit lacking. They have forgotten to refresh my room a few times and forgotten to leave towels several times. This is a pet friendly and child friendly hotel. After 10pm things are pretty quiet. If you need to work from your room be sure to request a room away from others.

This stay was for 3 nights. The rooms are comfortable however the service was mediocre. Upon arrival we received a text to see if we needed anything, I asked for coffee pods and I never received them or was acknowledged. We brought bathing suits hoping to exercise in the pool during our stay and the pool was closed the whole time. After breakfast the coffee was supposed to be available but all the cups were gone. When I asked for a cup, the attendant was clearly annoyed. Hilton used to have much better service, disappointed in this visit.

Positive: The room was roomy, clean, beautiful, and the grab bars in the shower and near the toilet were great for my 77 year old mom. So glad I booked that room! The lounge and lobby were clean and pretty. Negative: The couches where we had breakfast were awkward due to the height of the table. Not enough regular tables and chairs for comfortable eating but not a deal breaker not to go back.

Nothing short of amazing (for a business trip stay) - new or recently renovated. Everything is clean and new, rooms are tastefully decorated and very practical. Will definitely be coming there again! The only minor shortcoming is the absence of safe boxes in the rooms - hopefully an easy thing to fix.
