Homewood Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Coastal Grand Mall

Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. The location was central to a lot of locations. Having the mall literally right next door is convenient. Staff were super friendly. Overall a great stay.! Would definitely recommend staying here, you wont be disappointed.

Arrived for a last minute Christmas get away and was warmly greeted by the staff (Shoutout to J.M!) . They were absolutely phenomenal! It was our first time traveling with our newly one year old, and they were so sweet and kind to him and us and put us nervous parents at ease. The room was clean and well stocked with towels. Soaps, plates, silverware, and the appliances were clean. Unfortunately, I have to echo other people’s comments of suggesting replacing the mattress. I think I got about 15 minutes of sleep during our stay as they were so uncomfortable and hard. If you’re a sensitive sleeper like me, request a room that doesn’t face the parking lot. We had blue lights in our windows (which seemed to lack real blinds) all night which, along with the mattress, kept me up more than I wou

Better than expected. I haven't stayed at a Homewood in a long time. This one has huge rooms with kitchenettes, full fridge, good size TV, and everything you would need in an apartment. Nice people at the front desk. Managers evening was good. Room was clean. Bathroom was also clean and big. Quiet room on this visit.

My experience at this hotel was phenomenal. I really appreciated the check-in process the breakfast to the complementary happy hour in the evening. All of the staff at this location were attentive, polite, and very hospitable. My family and I were traveling from Orlando Florida. This was my husband‘s first time in Myrtle Beach we were here for his softball tournament. Conveniently was located right next to the airport a mall and various restaurants. I would especially like to recognize Karen that worked the breakfast every morning. She was very kind and very informative 2 of the front desk agents that helped me with the check-in over the phone and one of the front desk agents that was very attentive to helping my son and I get some milk at 9 o’clock at night There where the sweetest people

Had a wonderful, comfortable stay at this Homewood Suites. Everything was very clean and all the staff I interacted with were pleasant. I’ll most definitely stay here again on my future business trips. Felt right at home!
