We booked our stay through Expedia and got a very good price. We stayed here for 7 days, and overall the experience was comfortable. The room was spacious and well‑equipped with a kitchen, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, plates, cutlery, cups, a few vessels, a bed, bath, tables, couch, Wi‑Fi, and a good AC/heater. The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM on weekdays and slightly later on weekends, which was convenient. Parking cost us about $23 for one night, and the room rates were reasonable for the area. There are a few areas where the hotel can improve. Positive: Hotel Employee at the front desk was amazing!! AllOf the staff were kind and helpful! The breakfast was great! I?m he pool could have been cleaner but stillNice for our rest day! Negative: They are renovating which is not told prior to arriving the water was shut off each night while we were there and we didn?t have hot water for 3 nights. This was frustrating after being in the parks all day! The room was ok but many things need updating!

This has been an extremely disappointing stay and completely inconsistent with the Homewood Suites experience we’ve had across the country. We are staying here for eight days and booked this property specifically because it advertises itself as dog friendly. We are traveling with a small puppy who is crated in her kennel whenever we leave the room. Despite this, we were informed that housekeeping will not service our room at all due to vague “security concerns.” I explained multiple times that the dog is securely kenneled in the bedroom area and that we were not even requesting full housekeeping—just fresh towels, toilet paper, and trash removal. Even that was refused. At that point, I placed our used towels in the hallway and moved all trash bins outside the room to make things easier.
