Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Canton, MA

I wish I could put more than 5 stars, because this hotel is above and beyond when it comes to taking care of guests. Mary Anne and Leah made sure everything was excellent, and helped in every and any way they could. The pool and hot tub are superb. Clean and the hot tub has some awesome power. The social evening on Wednesdays has great food and beverages, and again, top notch service. As someone who travels extensively as part of my work, I have stayed at a lot of places. This hotel is great. Thank you for an excellent stay.

My favorite hilton in the area!!! It can run a little pricier than the others but it is 100% worth it. Streaming services on the TV. I love the layout and color scheme of the rooms. Pool and hot tub!! Also a little gym. Beds are so comfy. Free continental breakfast in the morning. Super nice staff. Plenty of parking. I just love this hotel. Its mine and my boyfriends favorite just to get away for a night. Lay back in the comfy bed, do some swimming, get toasty in the hot tub. Wake up for included breakfast and then still get a nap in before check out at noon. We never want to leave when we get here. The cute little kitchenette are is perfect. We both joke that we would love to live here. Unfortunately, the monthly rate is a little out our price range 😂..and the swivel tv in the studio room

Positive: Breakfast was AMAZING. And the kids really enjoyed the pool. Kitchen in room was well equipped. Negative: The pool towels were greasy and threadbare. I could even see through a few of them. Definitely need new towels for the pool. They were kind of gross.

We stayed here for 2+ months and could not recommend it more. The location is great, rooms are spacious, pool and amenities fantastic... but what really brings the hotel to the next level are the people that work there. Everyone is so incredibly friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I can think of countless examples -- David bringing my daughter a balloon for her birthday, Shawn always eager to help whether fixing our door or properly pouring a beer from the machine :), Korry always chatting and bonding with our daughter, Tommie always checking in and running a smooth ship, Ella bringing out fresh cookies at social hour, the cleaning staff like Maria and Rossa cleaning daily and organizing our belongings above and beyond their duties, Christian cleaning

Worst hotel service ever. I left one of my AirPod earbud in the room, realized it in the afternoon after checked out, call back to the hotel, front desk said they have no information on lost and found, only housekeeping manager can help. Got transferred, left message, no response. Returned to the hotel, checked with the front desk, not helpful at all and was told only the housekeeping manager can help and he is off. When we said we can see the ear bud is in the hotel through find my devices and asked if we can use the find my to track it down, was told we can’t go up to be close to the room we stayed and they can’t check with the current guest. The only way is to call back. We further asked if the house keeping department needs to report guest’s lost items. Was told no. The only way to fi
