Hilton Garden Inn Boston Canton

My family and I came in last minute due to losing power, and we could not be more satisfied with our stay! Julia at the front desk is a true professional. Her customer service is like no other and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay, despite being here during the blizzard. She was personable and made sure my family had everything we needed during our stay. On top of that, she was the only agent at the desk during the busy night, dealing with the desk, making deliveries, and handling the phone like a pro! The property itself is clean and beautiful, had everything we needed during our last minute stay. Our room was very spacious and beds were comfy. We cannot thank you enough for the amazing stay!

I want to take a moment to recognize Niecy at the front desk of the Garden Inn by Hilton. From the moment I arrived, her professionalism, patience, and genuine care stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, and it truly made my stay more comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself was an awesome place to stay — very clean, well-kept, and welcoming. The bartender was amazing, and the rest of the staff I interacted with were just as friendly and on point. This entire team deserves recognition for the way they treat their guests. I hope management knows how valuable they all are. Outstanding customer service across the board.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet (facing the woods!); also, the front desk staff we encountered were really nice and helpful Negative: It was overbooked, so instead of getting 2 queens for 2 teens and an adult, we got a king and a cot. It made the room feel kind of cramped. Also, as a tea drinker, I was a little miffed that guests were offered free coffee but no tea in the lobby.

We had our Holiday party at the Hilton and it was amazing. Brianna was so helpful with all of the arrangements. Diane was very accommodating with all of our needs during the service as were all of the servers. The event was a great success for sure, your staff is very professional and friendly. They made us feel very welcome.||Room was very clean also.||I do think the breakfast was a bit pricey for what we had available to us. ||I would give it a 10 all around.

We recently spent a night at this HGI while visiting Boston. The property is about half an hour outside of the city, not factoring in traffic, and offers easy highway access. The main appeal of the property was its combination of low price and relatively young age; the modern design in the room reflects this is a newer HGI location. The room itself was nicely decorated and a comfortable size. The bathroom and closet areas in particular were well-designed spaces that maximized storage. The front desk staff was just okay; did their jobs, but not overly friendly or hospitable. ||There were two major flaws in the design of this HGI location that unfortunately impacted our stay.
