Blue Hills Ski Area

Ok, I wanted to sleep on it so my frustration had a chance to leave as fair of a review as possible......the nicest I can say is "I can't think of a more poorly run attraction in my life" The workers (JoJo and 2 other gentleman) were trying their best but completely unprepared and untrained. They couldn't figure out how to set up the mats (think commercial kitchen) to slow everyone down or prevent them for going airborne as soon as they hit the bottom area. One time they spent about 15 mins out of the 90 we paid for pausing everything to move them around in a puzzle that ended up looking like abstract art and did nothing to encourage the safety of the riders. This is only for snow tubing! Pro: the only advantage is that it's pretty close by if you live in Quincy, Braintree, Milton, and Canton areas Cons: it's very small (about 150 or 200 feet long, took only 10-14 second for 1 ride), unorganized, not so safe. On the busy days, the staff said people have to walk up to the hill with their tubing 😢

Great ski area for beginners and definitely worth a visit. It’s close to Boston, and you can rent ski and snowboard equipment on site, which makes it very convenient. It’s worth booking the longer stay if you have the physical conditioning to handle it. If you don’t, the shorter option is enough. But if you can manage it, it’s definitely worth staying for the maximum time.

First of all, my wife almost lost her mind trying to buy tickets for this place online. We took our son and his friend! (14y.o) and they wanted all our ages, heights, emails, blood types and social security numbers! (Sarcasm about the last two obviously!) But not unbelievable given the experience! You would think that when we put our bdays in showing we were 46 and 47 y.o respectively... they would present you with some type of disclaimer... something like, "before we charge you $32 per adult, you should know it's a 4 second run, and basically a waste of money for you! You are not going to have fun on this hill...i will echo what all the other Reviews are sayi

My sister and I came to have a wonderful time at blue hills overall we got touched and felt we were being groomed by one of the instructors (we are underage and they were old men). The sunset is beautiful here but the hills are not convenient because the ski lift is very far away and you have to walk to it every time you go down one of the hills you come out in the complete opposite place where the ski lift is. We went to get some food in the cafe being we had been seeing posters that said “we now have chocolate chip waffles”, when I asked if I could have one, they said they didn’t actually have them. If you have all day sure you can come if you want to go through all this, but I wouldn’t recommend especially if you have underage kids or you are one. I don’t want anyone to have to go throu
