Homewood Suites by Hilton Bonita Springs Naples North

My stay has been really nice so far, it’s in a great location, the room was very clean and I love the separation from bed/living kitchen area. The breakfast ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL can not say enough about it and it’s free!!! I have stayed at a lot of hotels Hilton properties and their breakfast knocks it out of the park. Service was great I didn’t catch the older ladies name who works night audit but she was very sweet and welcoming. I am excited to check out the pool today and just relax.

Making the reservation was easy, the front desk folks were extremely helpful and accommodating. When the heat/AC was not working in our room, they immediately put us in another room, without any issues. When I attempted to extend our stay, I accidentally made the reservation for a day later than needed. The ladies at the front desk went out of their way to help and correct this issue, as I made the reservation through a third party who was NOT very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Breakfast was ok, tasty, but not hot. I would definitely stay at this location again.

The room was nice enough. We upgraded to the two bedroom suite. The rooms were clean and the complimentary breakfast was good. There were a few small issues that made it not exceptional. We were there for a funeral so we really didn't spend much time in the room. However, there were light switches that didn't do anything. In the second bedroom you have to go all the way to the bedside to turn on the lights. There was no dish soap at the kitchen sink. There was no night light near the bathroom and the light in the bathroom was a light/vent combo so you couldn't leave just the light on.

Room was very clean and quiet. Location is affordable and about 20 minutes from beach. Breakfast was good. Staff was welcoming and professional. There is some wear and tear around the hotel, such as the elevators, and bathroom is beginning to show its age; this is why I gave it only a four star rating.
