Homewood Suites by Hilton Albuquerque Uptown

I stayed here recently with my pup, while on a cross country roadtrip. The location is convenient, with plenty of parking, and close to a ton places to eat. The check in process was easy, and the staff were very friendly/helpful. They even had a 'welcome' bag for my pup at the check in desk, and they had a jar of pup treats at the check in desk! The welcome bag included treats, a pup toy, poo bags, and a helpful sheet that listed pup friendly things ( dog parks, local parks, pup friendly restaurants, regular and emergency vet offices, pet stores) as well as a map of the property that provided grassy pup relief areas. We stayed in this homewood suites in November 2025. It looked good from the outside so we spoke with Marvin at the front desk for check in. He was welcoming and patient and got us a room right away. The room was clean, but the furnishings are definitely in need of a remodel in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom areas. We have stayed in Homewood suites recently that have much more modern, clean and bright rooms and furnishings. But the worst parts were: it was cold outside and in our room so I activated the furnace in the room. It started up and started spewing out the most foul and dirty and smoky odors like burning dust on the furnace heat exchanger! I had to turn it off immediately! It was so late we didnt bother asking for a different room and just piled on the blanke

I have been a guest of another brand for many years. I just switched to the Hilton hotels. I am so happy I did. The customer service alone is night and day different. This hotel was in a very nice upscale part of town with lots of shopping and restaurant choices. The hotel has a personal touch with a white board in the lobby, muffins next to the coffee in the morning and the employees weee there to answer any questions I had (where’s the ice machines). The room was large and very clean. Beautiful view and very quiet at night. I would recommend this place if for no other reason than the location and phenomenal customer service.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is very close to shopping and dining, easy access to 40 without the awful traffic noise, which we experienced at another, more upscale, hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast selections, comfy mattress and LR furniture, quiet. Great to have a dishwasher available. Dining table and chairs are a little out of proportion with each other, and bathroom could use an exhaust fan. Not a big deal for the convenience of a suite. The hall carpets aren't in great shape, but seemed clean. (Room carpet was fine.) Would stay again without hesitation.
