Amazing friendly staff, affordable, quality and luxury furniture and beds, clean sheets and towels, no roaches, comfortable, quiet and calm environment, safe, and kid family friendly. Amazing place to get a room at, and ihop is the front for food. Can't get any better than that. They have bigger rooms in the back with a kitchen and studio room. Honestly this place is amazing. Thank you for your service. I love it here.

Absolutely horrible if you are in the back of the hotel rats will jump on you seriously and infested of roaches and burn holes in beds and blankets pool was closed because it was the water was so green and when it was open mold in the concrete inside the pool and the house keeping never offered service nor did they speak a bit of English and they actually aren't pet friendly period they claim that they are people knock on the door and ask for drugs and they allow people to smoke weed and obviously crack because there was a crack pipe thing in the part where you sit if outside needles on the ground Police is there all the time people slamming doors it is not safe for children nor elderly people just seriously beware of this place it was so horrible and it was sad that and disappointing that

Positive: Decent location Negative: I had a two room suite. The bed was comfortable but you needed to be a geek to work the TV. The living area had the cheapest furniture I've ever seen in a hotel. What I paid for my own patio furniture would furnish three or four of these rooms.

Been coming here since August 24' till Nov 24 gave me a room that at the time the air conditioning unit was missing in bedroom that night it's going to be cold in the bathroom section and the new girl which has no customer service experience refused to accommodate me keep telling me that I have to pay extra for the double bed it's not my fault you don't have enough king beds you cannot force someone to pay for double bed when you don't have enough king beds which I booked in advance it may be budget friendly but sometimes a headache so I do not recommend this hotel now I am out of $62 because of this blender FYI washer don't let then collect the coins before your wash is done they did it to me and the machine wouldn't turn back on wet clothes per manufacturer not to pull the coins up beca
