It was a terrible experience. There was no customer service; when you called, a rude woman answered who knew nothing about the discussion. As for the kitchen, the oven didn't work, and there were no usable kitchen utensils. The smell was awful throughout the floors, not to mention the insects and spiders by the room door and the bedbugs that made me itch. I threw all my clothes in the trash.

I have been staying here off and on for 3 months and have only had one bad experience when another guest smashed into my car with his truck after being on a week bender but other guest turned him and called the cops, it was handled well. The office ladies are fantastic, they are kind and do what they can to accommodate. The rooms are okay sized, beds comfortable.

Stayed here one night. Parked my locked car directly in front of the office. Got up the next morning and my car was gone - stolen. Front desk displayed appropriate concern: "Gee, that's too bad, but there's nothing we can do." No cameras overwatching the parking lot, no offer of a refund. Set me back a couple thousand dollars. Sure glad I saved $10 on room cost. Plenty of homeless wandering around the property, camping in the lot next door. I'm a Big Guy, but I wouldn't let my grown daughters stay here in a million years. Many other reviews mention a general range of problems. Only stay here if you like taking really huge chances.

At first I wrote out a nice review for this place I'm going to change it.. the time that I stayed there I was harass constantly The management did absolutely nothing about it.. and then I was told the other day that someone by the name of Mike had gone into my room and when I first had got there I had all of my stuff with me and now I have extensive pieces of jewelry missing that I have taken pictures of undocumented.. and now it's missing in the last place where my pieces of jewelry were were at hometowne studios in my belongings.. now I'm waiting on a phone call from the manager of this operation I wonder if I'll get it because she was also behind the harassment
