Would highly recommend this location to anyone whether short term or extended stay. The staff is amazing and beyond helpful. If there was a concern we would address it and it would be solved same day. The manager Anna is incredible. She really has turned things around for the better in her short time here. Makes me feel at peace knowing she is always watching and finding ways to improve things.

Positive: Location Negative: My door never unlock. That's the only room from my condition. I went to eat at 11:00 p.m. security guard was not on duty I guess he was at the club or something There was roaches everywhere I mean everywhere falling from ceiling I have to Roachbomb

Room was not clean. Had not been swept in who knows how long! Roaches everywhere!! Had to go buy roach spray with my own money because I did not want them as roommates! The heat did not work. I told the office every day for probably 2 weeks and luckily the very day it got really cold they finally fixed it. I couldn't use the sink in my bathroom because the faucet leaked and water got all over the floor. My microwave had no turntable in it. The fridge was missing shelves. The roaches are a major problem in this hotel! If you read the reviews almost every single one mentiones roaches yet the hotel has yet to gix that problem. I told them about the roaches and they3did not seem cobce6one bit

Wanna give credit where it is due. Steve the maintenance guy thankyou for all you have helped with and your promptness...trying to assist me with this nightmare of a hotel! Lydia and taj you have been awesome at the front desk. Now let's really talk be careful of your credit cards and debit people check your cards they have debited money without approval!! Still waiting on corporate for a response almost 2 weeks now!!! Not acceptable!! we went almost 48 hrs without hot water and almost 3 weeks later no compensation just increasing the cost of a room. Let's not talk about the roaches they run the hotel...they probably wouldn't charge the price red roof does. No towels for 4 days they refuse to give toilet paper to guest while people are paying 400 a week if not more. No compassion we lost

So you want to delete my review ?? Lol Room smelled like urine upon entering,nasty environment in general , bed didnt look appealing at all . 2 German roaches upon entering. GROSS. Definely will be reporting this to higher ups. And my refund better hit my pocket in 1-2 business days ! Will be reporting to health department if my refund not received. We left within 15 minutes of checking in.
