Avoid this place at all costs! I had such a horrible experience. Rude staff, dirty rooms, and roaches! Every other hotel in the area was booked so we decided to give it a chance when making the reservation. They refused to give us a refund knowing that the room was disgusting and full of roaches everywhere. I only took these two pictures because we literally did not stay in there for more than two minutes, it is super unsanitary. We never got our money back which is a bummer in this economy, we work hard at basically minimum waige and feel so robbed. I cried my eyes out after leaving when they told me it was very unlikely to get a refund because they always refuse even though the know their quality is not as advertised. The worst hotel room in my entire life. As soon as I entered the room, I saw the filthy floor with possible rodents droppings and red blood stains. Within an hour, I noticed this room is infested with German Roaches. Saw 100s of them in the kitchen. The kitchen stove burner didn't work. There is no coffee pot The bathroom is super disgusting. I had to stay because I was evacuating from hurricane. But this stay caused more anxiety and health hazard than anything else.|Do not stay here.

Positive: Nothing good to say. Negative: It was disgusting, roaches, shower had a crack and was so dirty I didn?t care to shower in it. The bed was the only thing serviced.

The Manager woman of the site she an utterly complete joke. She unprofessional and not attentive to her guest. My very first time staying at this resort on January 31 the coldest day in Orlando. Mind you the reviews for this particular site were terrible and mentioned they had roaches. But I told myself, it may have just been that person's experience. Fale it was 100 percent true the moment I stepped in as im closing the broken door a roach comes crawling down to my hand. It is not as advertised. And I was not aware, until later on in the night that the bathroom was not working correctly. Needless to stay. I was embarrassed because I didn't know this. Call down to the front desk spoke to an individual. Who said they were going to send up maintenance at first then the last minute says well,

The room was okay, little run down. Decent location. There was a few cockroaches. The reviews said it was infested so it sort of matches the reviews. The manager was very pleasant and tried to make something work. Overall wouldnt reccomend unfortunately. Place has potential but there are other locations worth the money spent. Unfortunate.
