My husband reserved a room for us here for the night of 2/13 through Priceline. I pulled up there to check it out, I'm 8 months pregnant with my 20 month old. There was very shady characters in the parking lot hanging out staring at me. I sat in my truck a minute looking around the balconies rails were rusted to the point they appeared loose. I felt very unsafe just to get out my vehicle so we called to cancel. Then Priceline and the hotel wouldn't cancel. They are saying we checked in and stayed there. Like I said I never got out the truck so basically I guess we paid for someone a room. They lied to Priceline saying we checked in. We ended up going to Best Western plus and felt a lot safer and better there. It's a shame they stole $76+ dollars from us and our family.

I booked a suit, NO pots and pans. Called the front desk they lend us the tiniest pot cannot even boil ramen noodle...the stove is outdated, took so long to boil water. Sadly! The room isn't very clean as portrayed in photos. The only plus is location.

Positive: Just a bed to lay down because we get what we pay ?. Negative: It was dirty, roach ? was running around when we turned the light on. We went right back to exchange the room. When I told the guy at the front desk about roaches running around, he offered no apologies but a little laugh!!

My husband and I just checked in. Booking a 28 day stay. The lady running the office was really nice. Our room was clean. Full size refrigerator with 2 burner stovetop. Looking forward to our stay.

First of all, the staff that are behind the desk; the cleaning crew is great. The problem I've experienced is when you escalate a problem to management. I'm coming up on a one month stay here. I leave to go home on Friday and don't get back until Sunday afternoon. Up until last week, I just paid when I got back. Last week, they told me I should be charged a penalty because I'm not renewing before 11am. Okay, fine. This week,i called from home on Saturday to renew. That's when I was told I had to renew in person. By this time or was to late because I can't get back until after 3. I asked to speak to the manager. She called me back and proceeded to talk to me like I was her 16 year old son. She was rude ,disrespectful to me. When I explained that I didn't know i couldn't pay over the phone,
