Customer Reviews
The hotel it self was not clean. Needs serious updating. Seemed to be used by contractors and not taken care of. There was hair all in the bathroom, floor shower along the toilet. The 2 towels that were in our room were very thin, stained and small. Requested 2 more towels and was questioned that there wasn’t already 2 towels. We were there for 2 nights. We would have asked for a refund and relocated if it had not been booked and paid for through a travel site. |When we arrived we wiped most surfaces down with Clorox wipes and it was disgusting. Went to warm up a muffin and had to clean the microwave tray before using. If I wasn’t so aggravated with the whole place I would have cleaned the whole thing because it was nasty. The one photo I did take because we had just had enough. Luckily we
If I could give ZERO star I would! Rooms are disgusting. Our bathroom door did not close; the back of the door full of spackle that was never painted over; bed felt like it was going to fall to the floor; mattress completely worn that you fall in the holes imbeded in the mattress; smells; door out of building has a key card so nobody can get in but guests but the door opens on it;s own.
This was a hotel stay from hell. For starters, we were traveling due to a death in the family from NC. We drove almost 12 hours and arrived around 11:30 pm. Upon arrival was told there was a $100 deposit that when booked (on Priceline) didn’t list this clearly and was a surprise, as we had already booked and payed for the stay. We get to the room and begin trying to settle and the room is absolutely filthy, the hallways reeked of Marijuana, no smoke alarm, there was mold, and cracks in the sink (photos below). Spoke to Priceline and they advised going to the front desk and seeing what they could do, which I did. We were told they could only move us for this one night and that the following day we would need to move to yet another room (yes, 3 rooms in 2 days). We get to the ‘new’ room and
Positive: The room itself is cool Negative: My room is full of ants and the rude first shift guy at the front desk.
I never write public reviews, but this was such a bad experience I feel compelled to. There was garbage underneath the bed and urine all over the toilet. Though we had a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarette smoke and gave us both a headache. I have no problem with simple amenities and bare-bones service at a budget hotel, but this was unclean, unhealthy, and deeply unpleasant.
