Comfort Inn Lancaster County North

We stay at this location 3-5 times a year. It is clean and always welcoming. I have a disability and use the handicap rooms. The bathrooms are not ADA certified. My room 117 had a shower head 6 feet up that could not be taken off to use. It also was broken and only faced the wall. The handyman fixed it so it would face forward making it usable but still way to high. I have stayed on other handicapped rooms and the same trouble. The chairs are worn out and the cushions need to be replaced as this is used daily when I visit. The staff is friendly and always helpful.

Positive: very friendly, took care of everything we asked or needed was taken care of. stayed there the last three years, goung to stay there next year. price was good also. Negative: could use an upgrade with there toilet paper,pretty cheap.

The entry lobby looks to be updated. The breakfast bar area had a beautiful brick fireplace and nice size tv. However, once you go thru the doors to head to your room. The updates stop there. We stayed on the 1st floor. The women's lobby bathroom, the only lightening was over the sink. The stalls themselves pretty dark. Just nothing looked updated past those doors to the hotel rooms. Our room was 2 queen beds, decent sized room. However our shower head was definitely lacking. We used the shower the first night and after getting in the shower. I thought maybe it was me that I tried turning to functions on the head, it wasn't me. The next night once again showered and it took forever, very lower water pressure or the issue was with the shower head because the sink pressure was fine. I brough

The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. Good staff. Breakfast had a good selection. The only thing I would have liked was free weights in the fitness center. Dumbbells are better than the machine for those who work out regularly!

My Mom and I stayed here in August. Honestly, it was pretty ideal for what we needed. Convenient, right near the highway. There were families and even some craft organization having some weekend event. I decided to review this place because the atmosphere was positive and not spookie like some hotels out there. So a big thank you to all the staff who run and maintain it. I felt comfortable at this location. One thing to maybe note — this ain’t the Ritz. The decor is a bit dated and some people might say could use sprucing up. But we really appreciated the value and the convenience. So this place worked well for us.
