It was for an emergency, for a place to stay. But the office people were very generous and helpful.

When I first arrived here the people seemed friendly and genuine. After a few months of staying here I was able to move into a home of my own. When I moved out the front office wasn't happy about it because I hadn't given them enough notice ((as if this isn't a weekly pay lodge)and not to mention you pay your week in advanced). So when you move in you have to put down $100 deposit so when you plan on moving out you can give a week notice if you want your deposit back but if you do not give the week notice you simply don't get your deposit back, it's completely up to you. So because I didn't give my week notice I wasn't getting my deposit back which I was fine with. Dirty place and unprofessional staff! Door knob fell off door , refrigerator had terrible smell (chemical) so much that it ruined my food. Water shut off unannounced and toilet and towels still dirty from previous guest. Charged me for towels that I didn't use and were already stained and dirty charged me 36 dollars from my deposit and said that they would have to wash them first and see if they came clean before returning my full deposit! Robyn at the front desk was very rude and Yvonne the so called "housekeeper " didn't do her job properly and charged me for it. Also not once was my room cleaned while there and I left the room cleaner then the way I found it. Stay ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! Just want to take your money for services they didn't provide! I will never give this place my business

Quiet place, friendly staff. The cleaning services is below par. They are always leaving cleaning residue on the countertop and seem to always forget to leave the correct amount of towels wash clothes. I actually had to go down to the office and get my towels and wash clothes because they didn't leave me any. This was after I just got home from work that I had to do this. Needless to say I wasn't very happy. The only thing they would say is sorry even after I have written complaints about the cleaning twice before. I'm satisfied with the office staff just not the cleaning crew.

This facility is in violation of the American Disabilities Act. They made me remove my service animal. They told me that I could stay, but, my SA had to leave. They asked improper question and didn't believe me. I have reported them. They are disrespectful to those with disabilities.
