Hometown INN

This hotel was excellent for the price! The rooms are clean, the location is excellent. The people running it are so nice and accommodating . There are places to eat right next door, cracker barrel , Micky D's, etc. Its up on a little hill so the view is kind of cool too. You wont find a better hotel for the price anywhere around. |Cindy M .

Hometown Inn is an absolutely great value with five star service. Traveling solo cross country in my van, booked to stay here through Expedia because of the high reviews on Expedia. The owner Mr. Patel was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me a nice king room. He walked by my car in the parking lot as I was unloading, and noticed all of my radiator fluid leaking out of my van, he promptly dropped everything and grabbed a bunch of tools and helped me get it back together again, even went to the auto parts store for me and literally saved my trip with his knowledge and expertise. And kindness. Thank you so so much. So everyone, if you need a no frills sleep, great customer service and a nice hot shower in Berea, hometown inn is amazing!

We stayed here December 4 - December 5, 2025. Budget Friendly! Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is very nice! Would recommend this location and would choose to stay here when we are back in this area

We stayed at Hometown Inn while driving home from Ohio to Florida. I spent a couple hours reading reviews on other motels in the area and was disappointed that even the higher priced ones had numerous bad reviews. Then I read the reviews on Hometown Inn, and I knew I found a good place for us to sleep for the night. The front desk clerks were very pleasant and said they had bought the place a few years ago, and have been fixing it up and renovating it. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. It was spotless. The floors are laminate (no nasty carpet!), the bed was very comfortable, the sheets and duvet were pristine white, and the bathroom was very clean. We could tell that the new owners take pride in their motel and are working hard to fix it up. It was quiet and safe. If y

I had a good experience staying here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall stay was quiet. Everything was simple and easy, and I’d stay here again.
