Holiday Inn Express Berea by IHG

1. The breakfast staff here is awesome! Jennifer & Amber went above & beyond for us. They’re the best staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Great job ladies helping me after I tore my rotator cuffs. Getting my ice, my water, bringing my food to the table, coming to ask me if there was anything else they could do. It’s unbelievable to have someone be so caring! Your personable caring attitudes I’ve never encountered before anywhere! Great fantastic job! 2. The breakfast was awesome! 3. The rooms….the rooms are incredible! Very spotless clean, roomy, nice, home feeling, clean, clean, clean, smells great, could eat off the floors!

Everyone was so friendly and the room was way bigger than we expected! They also had a pull out sofa bed so both my 5 year olds got their own bed which made them very happy 😊 |Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast but I like they had pancakes and cinnamon roles so the kids were happy there too 😁|Definitely recommend.

The room was very clean and nice. The bathroom was clean and looked recently updated. I appreciate when a hotel leaves us plenty of towels and we had plenty. The beds were comfortable I love having the extra space with the couch, chair and desk. The staff were friendly and kind. They acted like they like their jobs and did them well We were greeted very warmly. The dog walking area was nice and very well lit at night. We were able to go out the back door and easily access the dog walking area.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I arrived at Holiday Inn Express on Sunday morning without a reservation, and Bryan immediately got me squared away. He was able to get me into a room with one king-size bed and made sure I had everything I needed. He was very kind, warm, and welcoming, and told me to let him know if I had any questions. When I got to the room, everything was clean and in order. I checked everything I needed to check and felt comfortable right away—like I was exactly where I was supposed to be. I didn’t even consider stopping at any other hotel. Something told me to come to the Holiday Inn Express off the highway near the Berea Walmart, and I’m glad I did. I will definitely be back and will use this location again in the future. Thank you!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express with IHG was the best stay we’ve had at any holiday inn express. This hotel had very clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping was friendly and helpful. We were traveling as our half way mark to our destination and stopped here with our two large, elderly dogs. The staff was super kind to our dogs. The hotel was doing some construction to their lobby but despite that they were still very clean and organized. Love this place and the staff especially Bryan. We will be back again Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, we will be back! Definitely recommend !!
