The women who work the front desk are professional and kind. I felt welcome as soon as I walked in. Their fitness room is great. They have a chin up bar which I always appreciate. The rooms are clean and the kitchenette is Handy.

Friendly staff. Housekeeping always tells you good morning when they pass you by in the hallway. The front desk ladies are so upbeat and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. The BEST coffee I had at a hotel in a very long time. The only small thing to note the lady working breakfast isnt so attentive and lack awareness. She had her airpods in looked like she was talking to someone or was speaking to herself right throughout breakfast while there were no glasses for the drink fountain and some of the tables needed tending to. We had to ask the lady at reception to assist us in getting some glasses, because we didnt want to interupt her conversation. We didn't let that ruin our stay though. We LOVED IT there!

First time at a Homes2, and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very large and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for the four day stay, and the little livingroom was very convenient. The front desk staff was very helpful and always very courteous and friendly. The hotel is only 15 minutes from downtown Charleston.

Positive: The staff was very helpful. The hotel felt like it was brand new. Everything was super clean and everything in the room, gym and laundry worked perfectly. Negative: Nothing at this time.

The people here were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were great. Roomy and VERY clean and we were on the first floor and it was quiet. No weird odors. Wanted to steal my pillow(I didn’t!). Location 4 stars because it’s Charleston. There are no easy in and out with the traffic. The breakfast area was remarkably clean. And well stocked.
