My feedback is not about the hotel itself, but about the airport parking service we booked through the hotel, which includes an airport shuttle. Last January, during extremely cold weather, we had a major issue with the shuttle when returning from the airport. The shuttle never showed up. After waiting for about an hour in freezing conditions, we had no choice but to take a cab back to the hotel. When we arrived, we found other customers who had also been waiting for the same shuttle and ended up taking Uber as well. We spoke with the front desk staff (Tatiana) who advised us to email the manager, Denise Bush, with an explanation and a copy of our receipt. I did exactly that. I stayed here before Christmas, it was a very nice experience. Very easy and fast check-in and even faster check-out because of the convenient digital check-out feature. The girl that helped me check in Kayla I believe her name was, was very helpful and polite. It was fairly quiet all night and I love that they have an indoor pool(heated) that’s available even in the colder months. They offer food and room service. The room itself felt like a studio apartment. It had everything you need and felt like a luxury. Very comfortable king sized bed as well. Nice big TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. Overall i definitely wanna stay here again 10/10

We have stayed here in the past and really enjoyed it, but not so much on this trip. ||||First off, there was hair in the sink and shower. Secondly, I remember the hot breakfast being really good at this hotel, but on Saturday morning we needed to leave by 6:15 and breakfast was only open from 7:00-10:00. That seems a little late to start breakfast to me. And third, we were charged $10.50 to park our car in a large parking lot, far from anything. This hotel is not in the city and there is literally parking everywhere. They never asked us for a license plate number, make or even a model of the car. Just added the charge on our bill. ||||I called the hotel after getting home, because when we did go to checkout, the lady at the front desk asked us if we needed the shuttle to go to the airpor

Positive: The staff handled my delay in checking in very professionally, and I truly appreciate that. The location was perfect. Easy to navigate and find. Gas,food,store, anything you need was there. Any a bonus for me was free parking. Negative: I did not like used towels, trash, wet bathroom, and hair all over the tub, shower curtain, soap dish,and sink. Obviously someone washed up before! Love the size of the suite,but if you have a divider for the sofabed than there should be more then one TV?

This was my first time staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport Ridley, and I had a great experience. The front desk service by Tanisha was absolutely outstanding! She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the start. The room was immaculately clean, well organized, and very comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. The hotel itself felt quiet, safe, and well maintained, and everything I needed was easily accessible. You can tell cleanliness and customer service are a priority here. I would definitely stay again and recommend this location to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress free stay with excellent service
