One thing I absolutely loved was the double queen bunk-over-bunk room that sleeps up to 10 people — perfect for big families like mine. We only stayed one night because our AC broke at home and it was 82° inside the house. The hotel was very accommodating and gave us a 2 PM checkout, which worked out perfectly. The AC technicians arrived at my house at 8:30 AM and finished installing the new unit by 12 PM, so the later checkout made the situation much less stressful. Stayed at this location to visit Epic Universal and it was such a perfect location. Super close to the park and also lots of places to eat or go walk around. All of the staff was really kind and asked often if there was anything we needed. Breakfast was good and the beds were super comfy!

Love this hotel! We stay here when we come for the dog show. The staff is so nice and helpful. Large rooms, clean and lots of parking. Close to the convention center and it’s by a nice paved walkway along the water. Great spot to walk the dogs. My only complaint was I didn’t get my room cleaned when I asked. I was there for a week and only 1 day did I actually get my room spot cleaned. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
